Throughout the month of April, fans of Gillian Anderson are celebrating her work on television and in films during this international, month-long fundraiser benefiting OTSK. On Saturday, 16 April 2011, IBG hosted the Los Angeles event at the Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills. Fans gathered mid-morning to begin a marathon of The X-Files Paley Panel from 1995, as well as two pre-selected episodes and a third episode chosen by group vote. By complete coincidence, the doctor that Dr. Bambi Berenbaum from the episode “War of the Coprophages” [s3e12] was based on happened to be in the building at the very same time, doing research in the Paley library!!
